Los Angeles Times Reports, June home sales are up 11% according to the Commerce Department. July 21, 2009 This is great news for real estate around the country.
According to the Los Angeles Times, "New U.S. home sales rose by the largest amount in more than eight years last month, in another sign the housing market is finally bouncing back from the worst downturn in decades."
In Southern California there has been an increase for the past few months. The inventory has been getting smaller and it definitely feels like it shows strong signs of a seller's market.
With a recession comes new oppurtunities. This market has definitely created many lending obstacles for many buyers, yet there are still a great amount of first-time home buyers out there.
